Receptionists are the first and final impression clients have of Wise Owl. So, we are looking for individuals who see the unicorn in every animal, and can roll out the royal treatment for all our amazing clients.
Receptionists manage the front of house and are responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in, and billing out. As such, our receptionists interact with patients, clients, veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and support staff.

Overall, receptionists must present a compassionate and friendly demeanor, be detail-oriented, able to make good decisions, multitask and complete tasks efficiently, respond quickly and calmly to client concerns, and maintain high standards of customer service and patient care.
